Vice President
Stacy has a 20-year career in the electric utility industry. Starting at Capital Electric in 2000, she gained experience in pole loading and field inventory. In 2006, she joined PAR Electric’s new planning, design, and engineering division in Kansas City. Stacy has been part of the organization through its evolution to Utilimap Corporation and now QUES. Her roles have spanned pole loading, drafting, design, and accounting/administration. She holds a B.S. in Business Administration and an MBA.

Anh Le brings over 10 years of expertise to her role as Controller at QUES. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Missouri–Kansas City (UMKC) and her master’s degree from DeVry University before achieving her CPA designation.

Jim is a utility industry professional with 25 years of experience in design, engineering, and leadership roles for large-scale electric utility projects. He excels in distribution systems, program implementation, and team development. With a strong foundation in both internal operations and external contracting, Jim offers a comprehensive perspective on project management and leadership.

Phil, a seasoned construction and project management expert, leading ULM Services as Division Manager. With a 30 year career at Southern California Edison, culminating in roles like Principle Manager for the $520 million Pole Loading Program and Manager of Substation Construction, he brings deep industry knowledge. Prior to ULMS, Phil held executive positions, overseeing large-scale electric projects like the Tehachapi Renewable Transmission Project. His career began at Fluor Engineers & Constructors.

Tony started his career as a project engineer in bridge and highway construction before transitioning to structural engineering. In 2007, he joined QUES, where he started in pole loading and eventually led the St. Louis engineering and design team. Currently, as Director of the Midwest Region, he oversees engineering, new customer support, meter exchange, joint use, and other programs. Tony holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Missouri S&T.

Brian’s career in the electric utility industry began with Georgia Power Company in 2000. His 21 years with GPC includes experience in distribution engineering and operations, storm restoration, external affairs, and the underground network distribution systems located throughout Georgia. Prior to leading the Eastern Region, Brian led the QUES planning and reliability engineering team. Brian holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Tech and an MBA from Mercer University.

Bryan is a highly experienced utility inspection manager with over 12 years in the field. A U.S. Marine Corps veteran, he has led the development and implementation of extensive utility inspection programs across the country. Bryan specializes in inspecting underground, pad mount, wood, and steel structures, and is a certified trainer for overhead facilities and wood pole inspections.

Brian’s IT career started in the mid-90s, driven by a passion for data mining. He became a skilled database administrator, earning an MCDBA certification, and gained experience at several companies. Joining Utilimap in 2006 (pre-Quanta), he’s witnessed IT evolve from a solo operation to a large-scale support system. He’s committed to collaborating with users to innovate, grow the business, and develop both operations and IT teams.
